REALTOR®
Realtors are real estate professionals who are members of the National Association of Realtors®, the largest trade group in the country. If you’re unsure, you can ask your agent if he or she is a member of the NAR. Realtors are also held to a higher ethical standard than real estate agents because they must adhere to the Realtor® Code of Ethics.
Florida REALTORS® Board Certification
A Florida Realtors Board Certified Professional is a Realtor who has earned the distinction of high competence and professionalism through ongoing work in sales, volunteerism, advocacy, and ethical treatment of the public, consumers and other Realtors.
GRI - Graduate REALTOR® Institute
Earning the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation is a way to stand out to prospective home buyers and sellers as a REALTOR® who has gained in-depth knowledge on technical subjects as well as the fundamentals of real estate.
The REALTOR® Institute curriculum represents the minimum common body of knowledge for progressive real estate professional as defined by the Professional Development Committee of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. NAR recommends that the REALTOR® Institute program be completed in no more than five (5) years of starting the program.
C2EX - Commitment to Excellence Endorsed by the National Association of REALTORS®
The Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) Endorsement from the National Association of Realtors®. The Endorsement goes to Realtors® who have demonstrated knowledge and competency in 10 core areas of real estate practice.

SRS - Seller Representative Specialist
The Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation is the premier credential in seller representation. It is designed to elevate professional standards and enhance personal performance. The designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI) who meet specific educational and practical experience criteria.
SFR® - Short Sale Foreclosure Resource
REALTORS® that possess the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) have been trained to understand how to work with distressed properties and how to help buyers and sellers of distressed properties.
PSA - Pricing Strategy Advisor
REALTORS® that have obtained the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification have learned the necessary skills to price properties, create CMAs, work with appraisers, and guide clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they often have about home values.
C_REPS - Certified Residential Pricing Specialist
C_REPS are formally trained and tested in proper valuation techniques. Members of NABPOP who are BPO Certified are conferred the designation Certified Real Estate Pricing Specialist – C_REPS. C_REPS has become the gold standard in the industry.
SRES® - Senior Real Estate Specialist
REALTORS® that have earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation have been trained to meet the special needs of maturing Americans when selling, buying, relocating, or refinancing residential or investment properties. REALTORS® with the SRES® designation are prepared to approach mature clients with the best options and information for them to make life-changing decisions.
ABR® - Accredited Buyer's Representative
The Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) designation establishes a foundation of training, skills, and resources that helps REALTORS® thrive as buyer's representative.
e-Pro®
NAR's e-PRO® certification program helps REALTORS® master the advanced digital marketing techniques of today. With the e-PRO® certification, REALTORS® increase their ability to reach customers, expand their capabilities, and build trust by safeguarding client information.
AHWD - At Home With Diversity
At Home with Diversity® certification equips REALTORS® with the skills to work within a rapidly changing multicultural market. It attunes REALTORS® to diversity sensitivity, how it applies to U.S. fair housing laws in your business, and ways to develop professional guidelines for working with people in the increasingly multicultural real estate market.
